School of Mathematical Sciences of Yangzhou University, founded in 1952, is located in the livable and beautiful ancient city of Yangzhou, adjacent to the picturesque national tourist scenic spot "Slender West Lake". With more than 60 years of teaching and running history, it is an important window for Yangzhou University to teach and train foreign students. The college has a long history and a strong faculty. There are doctoral programs in mathematics, post-doctoral mobile stations and master programs in statistics. At present, there are 0/7 professors/KLOC, 34 associate professors and 32 tutors for doctoral and master students. Related majors are brand majors and national-level professional construction sites in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province. The college has several majors, such as mathematics and applied mathematics, statistics, information and computing science. Among them, mathematics and applied mathematics (teachers' class) are the construction points of brand specialty and national specialty in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, and information and computing science are the construction points of school brand specialty. The college has doctoral programs in basic mathematics and six master programs in basic mathematics, applied mathematics, computational mathematics, probability theory and mathematical statistics, operation and control, and curriculum and teaching theory (mathematics). Basic mathematics was successively rated as a provincial key discipline during the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. After long-term construction, the college has developed into an important base for cultivating undergraduate, master and doctoral teaching talents in Jiangsu Province, especially in the central and northern Jiangsu provinces. In order to promote educational and cultural exchanges between China and Commonwealth countries, encourage more senior high school students to go abroad, receive world-class higher education, and broaden students' employment channels, the School of Mathematical Sciences of Yangzhou University has set up a "1+3+ 1" postgraduate and postgraduate continuous seminar in Malaysia Shiya University for the whole country, which realizes the seamless connection between one year's domestic study and three years' overseas study, and saves parents and students expensive study abroad expenses.
