Teacher Ren said that during this time, I reviewed the intellectual gymnastics of the newspaper. Newspapers should be written by students in class, but it is ineffective to write at home. When the teacher spoke, he took the topic of knowledge points, wrote the thinking process on the topic in the newspaper, and recalled and practiced the relevant knowledge and related representative topics. If you can't finish reading the newspaper, you can take the students to do it together, and find middle school students to play the board in the process of doing the questions, so that it is easy to find problems and emphasize key points. Teachers should be clear-headed and focused. Ask the students to find a small opponent with equal strength, in addition to scores, but also scores. Usually, students are strictly required to do problems with a blue pen and draw with a ruler.

What teacher Zhang said is mainly reflected in three words: slow and solid. Speak slowly and let the poor students master the foundation. When doing problems, poor students can say some simple questions and perform them, which will make them have the joy of success. Finally, we should control the amount of homework and let students finish it at school as much as possible.

Teacher Zhan's suggestion is to return to the textbook at last. The examples in the textbook are very detailed and clear. Teachers should know what the problem is. Pay attention to students' learning state, and students will find ways to review their psychological state at the end of the semester. Teachers and class teachers should do a good job in students' ideological work. In the middle-grade stage, teachers should put forward strict requirements for students' writing, which should be standardized, not coated with correction fluid, with units and complete answers.
