Does marketing have much to do with mathematics?
Actually, it's not like this. Only a small part, mostly the analysis of the market, the grasp of customer psychology. You should literally understand that the most important thing is "marketing", sales is only a part of it, and more importantly, marketing planning. Sales can be said to be a one-sided explanation for it. In fact, the relationship with mathematics can only be a question of "data". Because many things in marketing are based on data to understand our market, see what problems exist in the market, and then make corresponding plans. It has little to do with mathematics. That is, to understand the business situation from the data and serve the planning.
