Based on my own experience and understanding, I think there are three kinds of good teachers:

First, professional and skilled teachers.

This kind of teacher has strong professional ability, which can guide children's interest in teaching content and stimulate children's desire to learn. This is a good teacher that can be met but not sought. My junior high school Chinese teacher, Mr. Shi, is such a good teacher. She was over 50 years old when she taught me. Although she is no longer young, she is still famous for her short black hair. Listening to teacher Shi's class is a complete enjoyment, and all Chinese knowledge is not taught by her. At that time, we were taught classical Chinese, and all of them were quoted from classics, which made it easy for us to understand the obscure classical Chinese. The students in our class have always adhered to the habit of visiting her home every Spring Festival until the teacher died a few years ago. Every time I think about it, I still feel that we are extremely lucky to meet her.

Second, a serious and responsible, kind and caring teacher.

This kind of teacher is not very professional, but full of enthusiasm and love for students. Most of them are new teachers who have just graduated and can get along with children. Although professional ability is not the strongest, it can stimulate children's highest enthusiasm for learning. My son's high school physics teacher Huang is such a warm man. When I went to the parent-teacher meeting, I felt that Mr. Huang was a little nervous in the process of communicating with parents, but he was a little worried about his children's study. But when I came home and heard the children talking about their "yellow brother", I gradually recognized this warm big boy. Moreover, in order to win face for "Brother Huang", children often compete with other classes for physics scores, which in turn stimulates their enthusiasm for learning physics.

Third, a serious and responsible teacher with professional ability.

This kind of teacher has different views. Some people like it, others don't. For some rebellious children, meeting such a teacher will be counterproductive. But for me, without the serious and responsible supervision and guidance of college English teachers, I guess I haven't passed CET-4.
