If your mobile phone has the function of turning on the phone to find the mobile phone, you can use the registered cloud service account (or official website account) to log in to the OPPO cloud service to find the mobile phone, click "Find the mobile phone" and select "Lock"-reset the password, and reset the password to the new screen lock password of the mobile phone;
2. If your mobile phone doesn't have the function of searching for mobile phones, it is recommended that you bring the purchased insurance card and invoice (if you can't provide it, you can bring a copy of your ID card) to the local service center.
