How to improve the mathematics learning efficiency of students with learning difficulties in primary schools
Mathematics is actually a very interesting subject. Once you love it, I believe you will love it forever. As a math teacher, I hope all the children I teach love math as much as I do. However, in the teaching process, I found that some children always have some problems in learning mathematics, which leads to learning difficulties in learning mathematics. I have always hoped to turn the "students with learning difficulties" into "ordinary students" or even "excellent students". Of course, my teaching experience is far from enough, but I am trying to make these children progress in my way. I think they are students with learning difficulties in mathematics because they are not interested in mathematics. I did encounter this situation when I was studying. If I'm not interested in a subject, I won't do well in this subject. So I think it is necessary to use various methods to stimulate their interest in learning mathematics, so that these students with learning difficulties can become "average students" or even "excellent students" in mathematics. Then, I will talk about some of my views and methods.

First of all, we teachers should always enrich ourselves.

Whether children are interested in this subject depends largely on the teachers of this subject. If an excellent teacher can make students enjoy every class, who wouldn't like such a teacher? Therefore, teachers should enrich their professional knowledge and extracurricular knowledge, so that children can fall in love with themselves and mathematics. I also want to talk about how I enriched myself.

1, read more books. Of course, we should be familiar with the textbooks for the first to sixth grades of primary schools, which will help us to know more about the existing knowledge base of students and the content of follow-up study; Reading the professional books of famous teachers in education and teaching is an inevitable requirement for teachers' professionalization. Only when teachers have a deep understanding of educational theory, grasp the laws and essence of education and are familiar with the knowledge system of this subject can they better bridge the gap between teaching and learning, create a dynamic classroom and lay the foundation for students' lifelong development. Reading more books can enrich teachers' cultural background and meet the diverse needs of students to a certain extent, which is a good teaching method.

2. Pay attention to current events and life. Pay attention to political, economic, military, scientific and technological events at home and abroad, and also pay attention to popular events around students, create interesting situations for classroom teaching, enrich teaching content, introduce life phenomena into teaching, stimulate students' interest in learning, broaden their horizons and cultivate patriotic feelings. Of course, in the time of concern, we should be good at capturing events closely related to our teaching content.

3. Actively participate in all kinds of education, training and learning. This includes theoretical lectures, teaching and research discussions, and observation and study in schools and provinces and cities. Through these trainings, I can enrich my professional theoretical knowledge.

Furthermore, teachers should communicate with students with learning difficulties and cultivate their feelings.

These students with learning difficulties are far away from us because of their poor math scores. They will be afraid of us and afraid to come near us. Teachers in the new era should be closer to children and become their good friends. The relationship between teachers and students is directly related to the purpose of education and the effect of teaching. Let me also briefly talk about some of my ideas.

1, understand students. Teachers should be good at understanding students, be anxious about what students are anxious about and think about what students think. Remember that you were once a child. In this way, it will not appear in front of students with learning difficulties with a domineering attitude. Otherwise, we can't really understand them. Students with learning difficulties will still have the desire to succeed. By understanding them and thinking for them, they can respect and trust their teachers, become close friends with us and establish a profound friendship between teachers and students.

2. Love students. Teachers should not only love children with good grades, but also care about students with learning difficulties. At the same time, we must have a strong sense of responsibility. An educator once said that love for students should first be manifested in teachers' unreserved contribution of their energy, talent and knowledge. Let them always feel the teacher's care and ardent expectations. Sincerity and smile will greatly shorten the distance between teachers and students.

3. Respect students. In teaching, we should strive to create a harmonious and vivid classroom teaching atmosphere, so that they can study mathematics easily and happily and treat every student equally. We shouldn't always scold him because he is a student with learning difficulties. Even if these students with learning difficulties violate the rules in class, they should be criticized in good faith after class. Never say anything that insults their personality and hurts their self-esteem. Try your best to find the bright spots of students and make them feel full of accomplishment. Respect them, they will respect and trust their teachers, and their natural feelings will deepen.

Finally, we should enhance the self-confidence of students with learning difficulties.

Usually, students with learning difficulties don't like math classes and do math homework, which makes them feel tired of learning math. In fact, there is not much difference in intelligence between students with learning difficulties and top students (except in special circumstances). The IQ of most students with learning difficulties is not low, probably because they don't have clear learning goals or develop good study habits, etc., and they lose their self-confidence over time. So I think it is also very important to enhance the self-confidence of students with learning difficulties. Let me also talk about some of my practices.

1, good at discovering the bright spots of students with learning difficulties and praising them in time. No matter how good a student is, there will be shortcomings, and no matter how bad a student with learning difficulties must have his bright spots. Therefore, as teachers, we cannot discriminate against them. We should encourage them more and care more about them. In the teaching process, we should be good at discovering their bright spots and praising them in time, which can effectively enhance their self-confidence in learning.

2. Pay attention to students with learning difficulties and show them more opportunities. Individual differences are great, so we can't just pay attention to students above the average. At this rate, students with learning difficulties will always be poor students. We should learn to appreciate children and believe in their potential. According to the specific situation of students in each class, we can leave some simple questions for these students with learning difficulties to answer in the pre-class review and in-class feedback, which not only tests their review after class and their understanding of knowledge in class, but also enhances their confidence in learning mathematics well by answering simple questions, making them feel that "I can do it". According to the specialties of each student with learning difficulties, create opportunities for them to show themselves.

3. Form an educational environment of mutual help. At present, students of different levels in the class system are in the same class, so we should give full play to student resources. The method I take in the class I teach is: (1) Make the students with learning difficulties into a group of five or six middle school students and top students, and use the strength of the group to help the students with learning difficulties learn; Then, the groups will compete with each other once a month to praise the previous groups and the students with learning difficulties who have made remarkable progress. So that the whole class has formed a mutual education environment. Most students with learning difficulties have improved their grades, effectively enhancing their learning confidence.

4. Under the new concept, change students' learning style. To enhance the self-confidence of students with learning difficulties, we must make students move, return the classroom to students, change "I want to learn" into "I want to learn", and let them actively explore new knowledge and give full play to their subjective initiative. Students become real masters, let students with learning difficulties take the initiative to participate, achieve success in learning, stimulate students' interest in learning and enhance their self-confidence in learning. After-school homework also needs to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and appropriately reduce the difficulty of after-school homework for students with learning difficulties. Understand their learning methods and make appropriate improvements to inappropriate methods.

These are some of my practices in actual teaching. Of course, this process is long and it takes time for students with learning difficulties to learn mathematics well. But I believe that I have always maintained a heart that makes children fall in love with mathematics, and I will always succeed. I will continue to work hard ... because the progress and growth of children is what we are most happy to see as teachers!
