Article 2 These Rules shall apply to the number plates of large cars, small cars, motorcycles and mopeds. Specify the arrangement, character type, number and combination of license plates.

Article 3 The motor vehicle number plate consists of the motor vehicle registration agency code and the number plate.

Car number plates are arranged in two rows, the upper row is the code of the motor vehicle registration agency, and the lower row is the number plate. The motorcycle license plate number has a left-right structure, with the motor vehicle registration agency code on the left and the license plate number on the right.
