In view of the reality of rural teachers' job burnout, the social and educational authorities should pay enough attention to it and take effective measures to avoid or alleviate the generation and development of rural middle school teachers' job burnout. Narrow the difference in treatment between urban and rural areas, increase the intensity of policy tilt to rural areas, give appropriate preferential policies in terms of professional title promotion and children's employment, form a situation in which professionals are willing to teach in rural areas, attract outstanding talents to teach in rural areas, establish the status of rural middle school teachers in society, effectively promote the formation of rural teachers' sense of professional superiority, establish a social fashion of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education, create a social environment that attaches importance to education, and truly implement the national strategic policy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" in rural areas.
2. Straighten out teachers' professional expectations.
Parents of rural students pay unprecedented attention to their children's education, and society puts forward higher requirements for teachers. However, to understand the profession of teachers, it is necessary to straighten out teachers' career expectations. From the social point of view, teachers are also ordinary people with limited ability. Therefore, society, schools, parents and students themselves should have reasonable expectations of teachers to reduce their professional pressure. At the same time, for teachers, they should have a clear understanding of their profession and not have too high expectations.
3. Provide more social support for the development of teachers.
Teachers are emotional people. With the enhancement of social support, negative emotions will decrease and work enthusiasm will increase, thus promoting them to work harder in career growth and reducing job burnout. On the one hand, in the atmosphere of newcomers, teachers are full of energy, which will make teachers have high self-esteem and great ambition to regard teaching as a career that can be pursued. On the other hand, teachers themselves should actively strive for extensive social support, break through the ideological restrictions as rural teachers, participate in more social activities, expand their social circle, and gain more understanding and respect.
