Ge Liming, Institute of Mathematics and System Science, China Academy of Sciences
1984 received a bachelor's degree from Peking University, 1987 received a master's degree from Qufu Normal University, and 1995 received a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. Professor at the University of New Hampshire, researcher at the Institute of Systems Mathematics and Mathematics of China Academy of Sciences, winner of the Hundred Talents Program of China Academy of Sciences. Mr. Ge Liming (born in 1965) won the "American Young Scientist Presidential Award" and was invited to give a 45-minute speech at the 2002 International Congress of Mathematicians (only a few famous mathematicians in China can enjoy this honor in history). He is one of the youngest mathematicians in China who enjoys an international reputation.
