The following analysis comes from Luo Xiaohui, a special teacher in No.7 Middle School.
20 10 The propositional form of the composition question in Sichuan paper of the college entrance examination is material composition. I was invigilating and glanced at the test paper. The topic is roughly like this:
A point in geometry has only position, no length, no width and no height. Countless points can form (countless) lines, surfaces and solids.
Write an article of not less than 800 words according to this passage.
I feel a little dizzy after reading this question. The first reaction is that this composition topic is not easy to write. People who can write a few articles like me still feel this way. I wonder if the candidates will find this question difficult.
My first reaction is, of course, to think about the material in this question in an extended way. But I immediately found it difficult. This is because, in my opinion, "geometric point" is too abstract, it is actually only a conceptual existence, and it is difficult to relate it to real life according to it. Chinese composition is obviously not about geometry. However, it is quite difficult to compare materials with life.
This can be discussed as follows:
First, basic analysis.
"No length, no width and no height" means that "points" do not occupy physical space. But we know that people will occupy physical space. People's consciousness may not occupy the space in the physical sense, but traditionally, we just think that people's mind or spirit has a vast space-that is, it is not "without length, width and height". Therefore, people's characteristics do not conform to "points in geometry". It is difficult to connect the two. If we want to force the connection, it will lead to the result of analogy.
Second, intentional space analysis.
1. Can conception be defined as "individuals and groups"? That is to say, can you think that "point" represents individual and "line, surface and body" represents group?
I think there are obvious logical difficulties. According to the previous analysis, it is difficult to compare a "geometric point" without length, width and height to a person who exists as an individual. However, how countless things "without length, width and height" are finally constructed into things with growth, width and height will also encounter difficulties in explanation. We know that in mathematics, countless zeros still add up to 0.
2. Can you define your intention as sticking to an ordinary post or focusing on accumulation?
I still find it difficult. The reason is simple: a geometric point, "only position, no length, no width, no height", is actually equivalent to 0 in algebraic sense. Countless zeros add up to zero. Stick to the ordinary post, how can we create a magnificent scene? Is the accumulation of countless zeros still zero mathematically?
Third, my conception orientation.
On the basis of the above analysis, I put forward a conception orientation for reference.
My opinion is that the most reasonable thinking on this topic can only be made out of nothing, and static will move.
Points become lines, and lines become faces. I think "line" can be defined as "the trajectory of a point moving continuously in space". In this way, we can make the following analogy: at the beginning of life, man is a "point", and "line and face" represent different scenes after life unfolds; You can also compare the "geometric point" to a moment on the trajectory of life.
This can constitute a more appropriate analogy. So you can draw two points:
1. At the beginning of life, there is no life value. From "point" to "line and face", it can be understood as the process of constructing the value of life. This theme is to talk about the realization of life value or the growth and development of self.
2. People must exert their subjective initiative, just as "points" must be in motion to become "lines and surfaces". As a small existence, human beings are almost similar to "points" without length, width and height, which is, in Su Shi's words, "a drop in the ocean" (strictly speaking, "a drop in the ocean" is still an "existence" occupying space. The meaning of life cannot be created in a static state. Life lies in movement-a static "point" without length, width and height is meaningless. In this way, the theme is to give full play to people's initiative.
Of course, the marking field must not ask so many candidates. I estimate that, generally speaking, talking about "individuals and collectives", "sticking to ordinary posts", "being small and broad", "attaching importance to accumulation" and even "from quantitative change to qualitative change" will be considered to be in line with the meaning of the question.
