Forklift driver's license examination and application conditions
Forklift driver's license, also known as forklift license, is a special operation certificate issued by state administration of work safety. This certificate proves that you have passed the professional training and practical operation examination and are qualified to drive a forklift. However, please note that forklift trucks are only used in the workplace of our unit.

Learn to drive a forklift

To obtain a forklift license, you need to learn to drive a forklift and receive training through a formal training institution. Training institutions will help you prepare the necessary materials and report them to the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau for personnel assessment.

Application conditions

To apply for a forklift license, you need to meet the following conditions: 1. Have a junior high school education or above; 2. At least 18 years old and in good health; 3. Abide by discipline, love your job and have a strong sense of responsibility. In addition, you need to bring your ID card, a copy of your academic certificate, four recent two-inch color photos without a hat, a certificate of safety education and training from the Quality Supervision Bureau, and an internship certificate.
