Training I is divided into three parts:
1. Interpret the laws and regulations concerning preschool teachers in the Law on the Protection of Minors, and understand the legitimate rights and interests, relevant legal responsibilities and obligations that preschool teachers should perform;
Second, the cultivation of teachers' morality;
Third, how to cultivate basic legal literacy in daily work.
During the training, Mr. Yi Yuanchang explained the labor contract disputes in kindergartens, the handling and prevention of personal injuries in kindergartens, and the communication skills with parents in a simple way with some typical cases that frontline teachers are easy to encounter.
Through this practical case training, every teacher in our school is familiar with laws and regulations in a relaxed atmosphere and enhances self-discipline awareness. At the same time, I also learned some methods and skills to deal with emergencies. I believe that if our teachers encounter similar situations in their daily work and life in the future, they will be able to take active and effective solutions, which will not only protect themselves, avoid risks, but also ensure the safety of children.
