(3) Cancellation clause

Open recruitment of public institutions is subject to the avoidance system, which is strictly in accordance with the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on Printing and Distributing Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (No.20 1 91).
