I have no practical experience in early education. However, I can tell you some experiences that may make early education workers particularly like:

2. Establish good cooperative relations with parents and other educators, and work together for the growth and development of children.

3. Constantly try new teaching methods and strategies in the teaching process to stimulate children's interest and curiosity.

4. Participate in education, training and seminars, and constantly improve their professional quality and educational skills.

5. Witness children's development in different fields, such as language, mathematics, art and social interaction, and lay a solid foundation for children's future.
