Recently, in 2023, ABC China University ranked official website in China University. The ranking results show that Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities ranks 293rd in China and 6th in Inner Mongolia.

Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, located in Tongliao, East Inner Mongolia, is a comprehensive university for nationalities and a key university in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

As of March 2023, the school has two campuses, Huolinhe and Xilamulun, covering an area of 33 14 mu, with a school building area of 415,000 square meters, total fixed assets of1645 million yuan, total teaching and research instruments and equipment of 4 10 billion yuan, and paper books/.

At present, there are 23 teaching units, 8 auxiliary teaching units, first-class hospitals 1 unit, 79 undergraduate majors, one-level discipline authorized by doctoral degree 1 unit, one-level discipline authorized by master degree 17, and one-level discipline authorized by master degree 13.

As of April, 20 17, the library of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities has a collection of1580,000 volumes, more than 4,000 volumes of Chinese and Mongolian/kloc-0, more than 3,000 kinds of newspapers and periodicals in Chinese and foreign languages, and nearly 30 foreign language databases, forming a multi-disciplinary, multi-level and local chronicles document featuring Mongolian studies and Horqin culture.
