1 Open Xmind software, select a new style and click "Create".

2 Enter the theme of mind map in the central theme, such as "How to draw a mind map":

3 Enter categories in order in the branch topic.

4 Select a theme, click the "Theme" button to create a theme with the same level, right-click the theme and select "Delete" to delete the theme:

5 Select a topic and click the "Subtitle" button to create a subtitle of the topic:

6 Click the icon button to add a style icon to the theme.

7 Click on the theme and drag it to the corresponding position to adjust the theme typesetting style.

8 file menu "save" to choose the location to save the file.

9 file menu "export" to export the document to Word or picture format.
