For example, in diploma workshops, you should always be careful not to open any study rooms, bars, hotels and so on. Without further ado, cut to the chase:

I. Project background

One of the characteristics of my university is that it is very big-it takes about half an hour to walk from east to west. It's just that the library is on the west side of the campus, so it's inconvenient for the postgraduate entrance examination party to study by itself every day. Coupled with many students from World War II, the location of the study room for postgraduate entrance examination is extremely tight. Almost as shown below.

In view of this situation, at the end of 17, I decided to make a business study room project by solving the needs of students taking the postgraduate entrance examination.

Second, the project model

Through comprehensive investigation, I decided to carry out a series of services, mainly paid study rooms, supplemented by document printing, stationery retail, catering group purchase and postgraduate course promotion, as the business scope and profit point.

Third, the details of the project

1, store location

There are two key points in the store selection of this project: first, it is close to schools and residential buildings, which is convenient for residents on campus and renters off campus; Second, the surrounding environment should be quiet, preferably on an independent floor. After running for a few days, I found a two-story small single-family office building nearby, with an area of about 220 square meters, a large living room with four bedrooms on each floor, and the annual rent is135,000.

2. Decorative layout

The decoration is not complicated. It is recommended to paint the wall in blue or green, which is suitable for relaxing. One detail that needs attention is that I laid a carpet on the corridor, so that the noise generated when going up and down the stairs is very small.

The layout is five rows of tables and chairs in the living room, and three tables for four in each row can accommodate 60 people; Four bedrooms, two rows of tables and chairs, two tables for four in each row, accommodating 16 people. In this way, two floors can accommodate 248 people.

3, commodity procurement and cost

The most important thing is tables and chairs. Bought 62 sets of 180_×80_×70_ watches, each set of 400 yuan, totaling 24,800 yuan; Two used computers 5000 yuan, printing and copying scanners 1400 yuan; There are also two 500 Long Yuan bookshelves, four 1600 water dispensers, 3,000 retail shelves and wholesale snacks, 2,000 wholesale stationery and 744 access cards. All kinds of miscellaneous things add up to 39,544 yuan.

Fourth, the source of profit.

1, study room, after a comprehensive investigation of study rooms in Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu and other places, I have decided to adopt a more operational daily fee, and the fee standard is:

In addition to the seat fee, each person collects one yuan of water every day and drinks bottled water casually.

2. Catering group purchase

I made an agreement with a restaurant nearby that serves takeout. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included, only 20 yuan. You can earn 2 yuan from each order.

3. Promote postgraduate courses

Nowadays, the competition among postgraduate institutions is fierce, and they are also competing for advertising space in the precise customer-intensive area of postgraduate study rooms. But for the sake of the examinee's mood and the overall environment, I only rented out the advertising space of the gate, the corner of the stairwell and the toilet, but it also brought me 5000 yuan in advertising fees. In addition, two universities are allowed to set up consulting points for postgraduate entrance examination, and I can extract 200 yuan from each registration.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) project promotion

My publicity channels are mainly these: 1, putting up posters on the publicity column of the school, and communicating well with the school, because students start businesses and the school is more supportive; 2, post in the postgraduate forum, which will be solved by giving some tips to the moderator; 3. Pay the monitor of junior and senior to let them publicize in the class group.

An overview of the income of intransitive verbs

The project was officially put into production on April 20 18. In April, for example, it enrolled 166 students and sold about 65,000 yuan of study room seats. Stationery retail and snacks earned a net profit of 2000 yuan; Contribute 20 candidates to the enrollment of postgraduate institutions, with a commission of 4000 yuan; The catering group purchase earned 9960 yuan; Printing and copying earned a net profit of 4000 yuan.

So the monthly income is about 84960 yuan. The expenses are mainly electricity, property management, consumables, maintenance, manual cleaning and rent, which is about 23,650 yuan a month, so the net profit is about 60,000 yuan.

In June, July and August, the attendance rate can reach 80%-85%, and the monthly net profit can reach 70,000-80,000. In September 10,1,12, the attendance rate decreased slightly, but it was still the same as that in March or increased slightly. 19 During the Spring Festival, I roughly calculated that the net profit was about 500,000 yuan, excluding all costs, public relations expenses, accounting expenses and taxes.

Seven, write at the end

To do this project, the main difficulty is the enrollment dilemma, and the initial investment is large. We can't find enough students, the attendance rate is less than 40%, and we can hardly make money. When doing so, we should also pay attention to good relations with the fire department and the health bureau, so as not to be caught when problems are found. In addition, cooperative restaurants must be reliable, and food safety and hygiene issues are very troublesome. This is almost all I can share with you. Of course, I personally suggest that you do market research in advance according to the situation of neighboring universities, go to the school library for a week or two, and see for yourself the occupancy rate of the campus library.
