Steps of checking drugs before infusion in basic nursing knowledge question bank
Pulse infusion method (closed) operation process:

1, holding an infusion card and carrying an infusion stand beside the bed, explaining the purpose of the bed number and name to the patient and instructing the patient to urinate.

2, treatment room operation:

(1) Wash your hands and wear a mask, wipe off the dust with wet gauze, proofread and check the liquid medicine (name, dosage, concentration and expiration date of the medicine) again, check whether there is any crack in the medicine, shake the medicine bottle up and down, and check whether the medicine is mixed, precipitated or floc under the light.

(2) Open the central part of the aluminum cover, put the net cover on it, sterilize the plug, and add medicine if necessary. Insert the infusion tube and vent tube into the bottle stopper at the same time to the root of the needle.

(3) Prepare three adhesive tapes (3cm, 5cm and 7cm respectively) and stick them on the treatment tray.

3, bedside operation:

(1) Hang the infusion bottle on the infusion stand. Fold the infusion tube at the lower section of Murphy's tube with one hand, and squeeze the Murphy's tube with the other hand to generate negative pressure. Then loosen the folded infusion tube and hold the Murphy's tube horizontally. When the liquid enters Murphy's tube 1/3, erect Murphy's tube, exhaust the gas in the infusion tube, and clamp the regulator.

(2) Select a vein, tie a tourniquet about 6 cm above the scheduled puncture point, then loosen the tourniquet, disinfect the skin at the puncture site with 2.5% tincture of iodine, tie the tourniquet, remove iodine with 75% alcohol, and instruct the patient to make a fist.

(3) Take off the needle cap, make the needle tip downward, exhaust again, puncture, push a little in parallel after seeing blood, and then loosen it three times (loosen the fist, loosen the tourniquet and hemostatic forceps).

(4) Tape fixation: fix the needle handle with 3cm, cross it at 5cm above the needle handle, wrap the silicone tube with 7cm and fix it, and cover the needle eye with sterile gauze.

(5) After adjusting the speed according to the illness, cover the patient with a quilt and make him lie down in a comfortable posture.

(6) Tick the infusion card, sign the time and name, and hang it on the infusion rack.

(7) Put the finishing materials back into the treatment room.

(8) Observe the infusion process and reaction at any time, and handle the failure in time.

(9) After infusion, press with a dry cotton swab when pulling out the needle. Let the patient press for about 5 minutes, then withdraw the infusion bottle and infusion set to the treatment room, separate the needle from the infusion set and soak them in disinfectant respectively.
