1, Shanxi Library Shanxi Library was established in August of 1909, and it is one of the earliest public libraries in the western region. Located at the intersection of Chang 'an North Road and South Second Ring Road, it was officially opened to the public on September 30th, 20001,with a building area of 40,000 square meters, a design library with a capacity of 4 million volumes and 2,000 reading seats.
