Zhou Chen, 197 1, was born in Suzhou. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing Normal University with a master's degree in arts from Suzhou University. He is the deputy secretary-general of the Youth Federation Fine Arts Committee of the Ministry of Culture, the director of the Book Ticket Research Association of China Artists Association, the special host of the binding edition of China press and publication newspaper, the secretary-general of the fourth Suzhou Graphic Designers Association, and once served as the director of the art editing room and assistant to the editor-in-chief of Guwuxuan Publishing House. He is currently the director of Suzhou Representative Office of Phoenix Publishing Media Group Jiangsu Education Press and the director of Art Publishing Center of Jiangsu Education Press. The design works are included in the first, second and third volumes of China Design Yearbook; Selected Works of the 6th National Book Binding Art Exhibition, Selected Works of the 7th National Book Design Art Exhibition, Design Classics, etc. The painting was included in Chaoyang in Painting-Volume I, Chaoyang in Painting-Volume II, Forever Love-Fundraising for Earthquake Relief of Youth Federation of Ministry of Culture.
