Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and in accordance with the requirements of the Sunshine Enrollment Project and the principles of fairness, openness and impartiality.
Chapter II General Situation of Schools
Article 2 The full name of the school is Modern College of Northwest University, and the English name is Modern College of Northwest University. Modern College of Northwest University is a independent undergraduate course institution sponsored by Northwest University and approved by the Ministry of Education. The school is located in Xi 'an. The school offers more than 20 specialties, such as broadcasting and hosting, radio and television director, film photography, drama film director, film photography and production, new media art, visual communication design, drama film art design, digital media art, photography, performance, musicology, dance, Chinese language and literature, network and new media, financial management and cultural industry management.

Article 4 Schools shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which shall be responsible for formulating enrollment plans, determining enrollment policies and deciding on major enrollment matters.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 5 Schools plan to launch enrollment plans in Shaanxi, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Heilongjiang and other 18 provinces (autonomous regions). The specific enrollment plan of each major shall be based on the data published by the local provincial enrollment department that year.
Chapter V Admission Rules and Certificates
Article 6 The enrollment of schools shall be the responsibility of the schools and supervised by the headquarters and provincial enrollment departments. Admissions should strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions department, and adhere to the principle of all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and merit-based admission.
Article 7 Admission principles for non-art majors: On the premise that the candidates have passed the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, and the scores of the college entrance examination have reached the local admission scores, they are admitted according to the admission mode of volunteering in each province and the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". There is no grade difference between professional volunteers.
Article 8 Admission principles for art majors:
1. The provinces that have organized the school examination of professional courses will give priority to the admission of our school examination results, and the cultural achievements will reach the admission control score of art majors in Shengyuan Province. On the premise of voluntary clearance, the selection will be made according to the professional achievements from high to low. In the case of the same professional achievements, those with high cultural achievements are preferred; In the case of the same professional and cultural achievements, they are sorted in order of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language achievements.
2. The provinces that did not organize the school examination of professional courses were qualified in the unified examination, joint examination or school examination of other colleges and universities in the province, and the scores of cultural courses reached the admission control score line of art majors in Shengyuan Province. On the premise of voluntary sorting, students will be selected from high to low according to their comprehensive scores of 70% in their major and 30% in their culture (except in Shaanxi Province), and they will be sorted according to their scores in Chinese, Mathematics and Foreign Languages under the same admission scores. If the provincial admissions institution where the student is located has unified requirements, it shall be implemented according to the policies announced by the provincial admissions institution.
3. On the basis that Art Candidates's cultural achievements and professional achievements in the college entrance examination in Shaanxi Province are all qualified, ① the majors of broadcasting and hosting, radio and television director, film science, drama and film director, film photography and production are admitted from high to low according to their cultural achievements and rankings, and the candidates are admitted from high to low according to their professional achievements when their rankings are the same; ② Photography, drama, film and television art design, digital media art, visual communication design and new media art recognized the results of Shaanxi fine arts unified examination; Musicology and dance majors recognize the results of the joint entrance examination of music and dance in Shaanxi Province, and are admitted from high to low according to their professional results. When the professional scores are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to their cultural scores and rankings. (3) The performance major recognizes the passing scores of our school's exams, and selects the best candidates from high to low according to the professional scores. When the professional scores are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to their cultural scores and rankings.
4. Provincial-level art majors who do not participate in school examinations, unified examinations, and joint examinations of professional courses are selected according to their cultural achievements from high to low.
Article 9 Principle of using reserved plans: The number of reserved plans in our school is the sum of 1% of the total undergraduate plan and 15% of the undergraduate art plan. As a mobile index, the reserved plan is used to adjust the imbalance of online and offline examinations in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and recruit qualified students in strict accordance with the provisions of the provincial admissions department.
Article 10 Proportion of filing: The proportion of reading candidates' files in our school is determined according to the relevant regulations of the admissions departments of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 11 There is no limit to the language of application, but English is a foreign language teaching for all majors after admission. Public foreign language courses and related professional courses in our school do not meet the requirements of offering courses in non-English languages. Candidates in non-English languages should fill in carefully.
Twelfth provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) admissions office (examination institute) on the provisions of extra points or lower scores, college entrance examination plus items and scores are not used for enrollment projects that do not arrange enrollment plans according to provinces and majors.
Article 13 Physical examination requirements: The school's requirements for candidates' physical health shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and other related documents jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
Fourteenth students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the examination are awarded the graduation certificate of Modern College of Northwest University. Those who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degree will be awarded the degree certificate of Modern College of Northwest University.
Chapter VI Fees, Scholarships and Loans
Fifteenth charges according to the price department and the Shaanxi Provincial Department of education documents copied to the standard for approval.
Article 16 Schools shall establish a reward and assistance system through various means, such as national scholarships, national student loans, professional scholarships, work-study programs, social special scholarships, subsidies for difficulties, tuition fee remission, and on-campus subsidies.
