Zhongguancun Campus is located in Zhongguancun Science Park, Haidian District, Beijing, with an area of about 700,000 square meters. It is the main campus of the school. The campus has modern teaching, research and living facilities, including teaching buildings, experimental buildings, libraries, student apartments, sports venues and so on. Zhongguancun Campus is the teaching, research and management center of the school, and also the main place for students to study and live.

Langfang Campus is located in Bazhou City, Langfang City, Hebei Province, covering an area of about 2,000 mu. This is the new campus of the school. There are modern learning, research and living facilities on campus, including teaching building, laboratory building, library, student apartments, sports venues and so on. Langfang campus is an important development strategy of the school, aiming at providing more space and resources for the development of the school.
