This semester, I took on the mathematics teaching of grade five. Because of my limited experience and ability, I always insist on being strict with myself from all aspects, actively consult other experienced teachers, and work diligently and conscientiously in combination with the actual situation of our school and students, so that the teaching work can be carried out in a planned, organized and step-by-step manner. Based on the present and looking forward to the future, in order to make greater progress in the future work, the teaching of this semester is summarized as follows:

First, carefully prepare the counseling plan, not only for students, but also for teaching materials and methods. According to the content of teaching materials and the students' reality, different guidance methods are adopted, the procedures and time arrangements of the teaching process are recorded in detail, and the guidance scheme is carefully written. Every class should be "prepared", and every class should be fully prepared before class.

Second, strengthen class skills, improve teaching quality, explain clearly, methodically, accurately, emotionally and vividly, with clear clues, clear levels and conciseness. In class, students complete their learning tasks according to four links: self-study, cooperative inquiry, demonstration and promotion, and similar exercises. At the same time, every class fully considers the learning needs and learning ability of students at all levels, so that students at all levels can be improved.

Third, consult other teachers with an open mind. In teaching, you must ask questions. To learn efficiently in class, we should listen more and talk less, learn from others' advantages, overcome our own shortcomings and improve teaching.

Fourth, correct the homework carefully and assign the homework carefully. Targeted and hierarchical. In order to do this, I often go online to collect information for screening, and strive to exert the greatest effect in every exercise. At the same time, correct students' homework in time and seriously, analyze students' homework, classify and summarize the problems in the process of homework, make thorough comments, and improve teaching methods in time according to the relevant situation, so as to be targeted.

Fifth, do a good job in after-school counseling and pay attention to hierarchical teaching. Provide corresponding counseling for students at different levels, meet the needs of students at different levels, avoid the disadvantages of one size fits all, and increase the counseling efforts of underachievers. Let them realize the importance and necessity of learning and make them interested in learning.

Stimulate their thirst for knowledge and self-motivation through various channels, and let them realize that learning is not a task or a painful thing. It was fun. So as to consciously put your mind and body into your study. On this basis, we will teach them learning methods and improve their skills. And do a good job in leak detection and vacancy filling.

6. Actively promote quality education.
