Teaching experience of kindergarten middle class teachers
Middle-class children are young, and their thinking still exists in concrete image thinking. It is very suitable for children to learn in the game, and the effect of the activity is also very good. The following is the teaching experience of my kindergarten middle class teacher for everyone. Welcome to browse!

How time flies! In a blink of an eye, a tense and full semester passed. Looking back on this semester, the busy and happy work has achieved good results with the unity and cooperation of our two teachers. In order to do a better job after entering school, sum up experience and draw lessons, the work of this class this semester is summarized as follows:

First, the ideological aspect.

Teachers are role models for children. In today's all-round promotion of quality education, teachers should improve their own quality, establish professional ethics, influence children with noble moral demeanor, and be good guides and guides for children's health. So I keep charging myself, read a lot of books on moral cultivation, read more business-related books, constantly broaden my knowledge and inject new vitality into the teaching content. Be brave in dissecting yourself, dissecting yourself and facing yourself squarely, so as to improve your professional ethics and quality.

Second, education and teaching.

In teaching, I know that the key to improve the quality of teaching is a good class. In order to have a good class, I make preparations for each class, make my own teaching maps and teaching AIDS, and carry out colorful educational and teaching activities to promote the development of children's language skills, health, science, society and art. The children's mastery is as follows:

1, language field

Early childhood is a critical period for children to master basic spoken English, which is extremely important for training children's complete oral expression ability. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate children's interest in reading, cultivate children's love for reading, cultivate children to read good books, and help children master the methods of reading. For example, when reading, keep quiet, take and put the book gently, turn the book gently, and ask the children to briefly describe the contents of the book after reading, and briefly describe the methods of grouping first and then telling individually. Let each child's language expression ability be developed and exercised. In teaching, I also pay attention to the cultivation of children's listening habits, that is, let children listen carefully to what others say and understand the meaning and content of what others say. Learning to listen will give people the impression of being serious, reliable and respectful. Therefore, the cultivation of good listening habits is not a trivial matter. I take the following measures: talk with children more, carry out conversation activities and games, create opportunities to talk with individual children, influence them with my listening behavior during the conversation, guide them and provide them with opportunities to listen, such as playing recorded works (stories, poems, children's songs, ancient poems) to let children learn to listen quietly, and let them think about a topic after listening, what to say first, what to say later, and what is the name of the story. Through the above activities, children's thinking ability and listening habits of language expression have been effectively developed.

2. Artistic aspects

Cultivate children's interest through music activities, and educate children in songs, dances, appreciation, music games and other aspects, so that children can sing in a natural voice, feel the rhythm of music, listen to music and talk about their feelings (happy, sad, etc.). ), and create movements, such as when I teach to sing songs such as Kill the Chicken and Kill the Duck, Two Tigers and The Shoemaker's Song, encourage children to write their own movements with music melody. Train children's flexibility, coordination and expressiveness through dance music games, and improve their interest in music.

3. Health field

In order to cultivate children's interest in sports activities and promote their health. I design various sports games according to the age of children. Develop some competitive sports games. In competitive sports games, children are required to cooperate with each other, promote each other and have team spirit. For example, in the 25-meter relay race and other competitive activities, throwing sandbags, patting the ball, throwing the ball, skipping rope, kicking shuttlecock, moving stones and so on. The children chased each other, won the ranking, won the championship and lost. Children enjoy themselves, have fun and have a great appetite. Through the development of competitive sports games, children's physical fitness and disease resistance can be enhanced. In order to promote the growth and development of children. I also pay attention to cultivate children's good eating habits, not picky about food, not partial eclipse, not talking when eating, not dropping rice grains, encouraging children to eat more, chew slowly and have fun. I also combine the textbook "Little Nutritionist" to let children discuss the food collocation for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and each child matches a meal for himself or his family. Through such activities, let children know the reasonable collocation of food, which is beneficial to their health and develop the habit of not being picky about food. But there are still some children who are picky about food and don't like to take part in physical exercise, so they are in poor health and often catch a cold. In order to further strengthen children's physical exercise and improve their health quality, I will strengthen children's physical exercise in a purposeful, organized and planned way in the future, and carry out more colorful sports games to improve their interest in physical exercise.

4, safe work

Safety is the most important work in this period. It is the responsibility and obligation of every teacher to ensure the personal safety of every child. In order to reassure parents and let their children live and grow up in a safe environment, I taught them some safety knowledge, which enhanced their safety awareness and self-care ability. For example, don't swallow foreign objects, play with fire, water and electricity, don't jump from heights, don't eat strangers, don't go with strangers, and call for help when there is danger. Don't bring unsafe items to kindergarten. I also strengthen the management of all aspects of the day's activities, strengthen the management of children's daily life, and make people's hearts turn back. Therefore, there were no accidents during this period. But I must wake up the alarm clock.

5. Childcare work

I take the initiative to communicate with parents and let them know about their children's schooling. Through various forms of telephone interviews, I learned about the situation of my children at home, enabling me to educate my children in a targeted manner. But also encourage me to follow my parents to get to know each other and establish a partner.

In short, I was very busy and tired during this period, but I enjoyed the harvest and found some problems in my work. In the future work, we should strengthen the weak links and strive to do better.

Teaching experience of middle-level teachers in kindergartens Part II: Children's mathematics teaching activities are a headache for many teachers, who feel that mathematics activities are not well organized. I used to think so. Every time I design a math activity, it is very difficult. Just looking at the lesson plans in the lesson plan book, I feel that the actual operation is not so smooth. This year is a new textbook. I have to design a math activity lesson plan according to the actual situation of children. I don't think math activities are as difficult as I thought. I think math education activities are actually very interesting, and I feel a great sense of accomplishment in carrying out math activities well.

First, the design of mathematical activities

Middle-class children are young, and their thinking still exists in concrete image thinking. Designing mathematical activities into specific situations and letting children learn in games is very in line with children's characteristics and the effect of the activities is also very good. For example. Compare size? During the activity, I designed the activity as? Go to the playground Let children perceive the relationship between the number of people and the chair in the process of sitting in the chair, and perceive the relationship between the number of people and the number of laps in the game of jumping laps, and compare the relationship between the number of cards counted by each person and the lottery. Very situational design allows children to master more, less and the same in the game. For example. Sort by size? In the activity, I designed the activity as? Hard-working rabbits? Little rabbit helps mother rabbit pull out radishes of different sizes and put them in baskets of different sizes, and helps mother rabbit pick apples of different sizes and put them in baskets of different sizes. Children naturally feel the relationship between the size of objects in the process of exercise and labor. What did I design in the activities sorted by size? Big hair and small hair? In the activity, big hair and small hair are three circles with different sizes sorted by positive and negative sizes. Children naturally learn the positive and negative sorting of size by looking for big hair and small hair. There are many activities like this. Mathematics activities in the middle class are designed as specific games with certain situational characteristics, and sports activities can be added to make the activities conform to the psychological characteristics of small class children, so that children can learn happily in games and acquire happily in sports.

Second, the design of mathematical operation materials

Operation is an effective way for children to learn mathematics, and it is also a very important link in small class mathematics activities. Only by personally operating those materials can children have a deeper grasp, which is the key. In terms of operating materials, what are the children familiar with and often come into contact with, such as in? Understand graphics? Children are provided with biscuits in middle school, and children who buy two kinds of biscuits know the graphics in the process of eating and comparing. Are you online? Within four credits? What is the activity design in the process? Fruit balls? Provide children with all kinds of fruit pieces, and children make corresponding fruit skewers according to their needs. Are you online? Sort by color? The school tools provided in the activity are the cars that children like, and the children send cars of different colors to the corresponding parking lots. The provision of operational materials should also be combined with the corresponding activity situation to make the activity more complete.

In the process of cultivating children's active learning, my educational concept has changed. I think about teachers organizing too many collective activities in daily life and try to reduce some unnecessary demands on children.

Today, I didn't let the children act in groups as usual. Some groups observe in the natural angle and talk about something; Some stand in front of the newly posted activity area record table, looking for their names and discussing who has the most red flowers; Some simply go to the table to read the books left by the teacher when preparing lessons at noon. I didn't bother them because the children were doing meaningful things and talking about interesting topics. Kindergarten life should be disciplined, and at the same time, children should be allowed to live easily, giving them the right and opportunity to do what they do first, which is of far-reaching significance for them to actively adapt to social life, restrain their behavior and form a certain concept of time in the future. I decided to let the children have more free time and make their life easier in the future.

It seems natural for kindergarten children to arrange what time to do. In order to take good care of children, we require them to follow instructions in all their actions, and many activities should be carried out collectively. Of course, there are many children in the class, so it is inevitable to wait in line. Children wait passively, time is wasted, and initiative is gradually eroded. No? Chaos? Teachers must stipulate? Line up? ,? Don't talk casually, okay? Some children with poor control ability, active children and children with strong initiative and autonomy can't stand this boring waiting, which often affects discipline. This attracted criticism from teachers. Too much criticism causes tension between children and teachers; Too much criticism dampened their self-esteem and made them lose their ambition. It can be seen that too much collective restraint will affect the active development of young children and should be reformed as soon as possible.

The teacher took the lead in trying to give the children autonomy. Give children control over their rights and opportunities, let them decide what to do first and then decide according to the situation, learn to make rational use of time, arrange their own activities, and be a thoughtful and positive person. This kind of exercise can make children form independent and positive personality. It not only creates conditions for children's life to become more interesting today, but also lays a good foundation for them to face the society calmly in the future.

It has been three weeks since we started teaching in Surabaya New School. Chinese teaching in the middle class is 2 hours per week, and the local Chinese teacher is responsible for 4 hours, so the cumulative teaching hours per week is 6 hours. So far, the children in the middle class have received a total of 18 hours of Chinese teaching. Have they studied? Hands, apples, puppies, dad, mom, grandpa, grandma? Pronunciation of Chinese characters and seven words.

Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a brand-new subject for us. In order to know the teaching effect in time, test the teaching methods and adjust the teaching methods, I did a questionnaire exercise (the other volume) on 26 students in the morning class (16) and the noon class (10) of kingdergardenA, and made a systematic investigation on the mastery of these seven words. (The analysis table is attached)

By comparison, we can know that the teaching effect of noon class is more remarkable than that of morning class. In the morning class, the number of people who can master and memorize more than one word accounts for 68.8%, while in the noon class, the proportion is 90%. If you can master more than half of the words (more than three words), the proportion of morning classes is 24.8%, and the proportion of noon classes is 60%. The average mastery rate of seven words is 28.57% in the morning class and 57. 14% in the noon class.

Why are there differences between people with similar age, similar family background and the same teacher? In my opinion, there are the following reasons.

On the establishment of teaching routine:

Kindergartens in China attach great importance to the establishment of teaching routines. However, in just one month in Indonesia, my feelings are just the opposite. As I came into contact with these two middle classes, that's it.

When they enter the school in the morning class, the children's mood is relatively calm, and they can also respond when the teacher puts forward specific requirements. Teachers don't pay much attention to routine training, but focus on the teaching of Chinese content, and the overall routine has been relatively loose. Although after three weeks of teaching, there is no obvious difference between the teaching state and when I first entered school.

Although there are only 10 children in the noon class, a considerable number of children show strong inadaptability to kindergarten. Three children are extremely anxious about leaving home and entering the classroom. As long as you enter the classroom and start class, you will cry. Its cry is so loud that it can pass through the three-story wall to the teacher's lesson preparation room. There are three boys who are very naughty. They can also run, chase and scream in class. One girl is very aggressive and will attack other children for no reason. So the class at noon will be interrupted by various emergencies. Normal teaching is difficult. In order to carry out orderly teaching, teachers must make time for regular training. After three weeks of training, the children in the noon class have learned the routine of orderly queuing, marching in line and being quiet. Under such circumstances, the teaching went smoothly.

It is precisely because of the implementation of teaching routines that teachers can fully implement their own teaching ideas and children can master what they have learned in a short time. Therefore, the average mastery rate of these seven words in the noon class is 57. 14%, which is 20.5 1 percentage point higher than that in the morning class. Whether the routine is established or not directly affects the teaching effect.

On the Choice of Teaching Methods

In the process of teaching, the correct selection and use of teaching methods is an important factor that can not be ignored. What is the best thing you remember about having a class at noon? Grandpa? This is enough to illustrate the importance of the method.

My professor? Grandparents? At that time, the morning class and the noon class used different teaching methods. In the morning class, I use the method of picture teaching, while in the noon class, I let the class teacher put on a mask and play grandparents with crutches. By contrast, it is found that vivid role-playing is far more exciting than pictures. The results show that in future teaching activities, adopting more diversified teaching methods can achieve good results in developing children's perceptual sensitivity and stimulating children's interest in learning.

Classroom teaching arrangements also directly affect the learning results.

In the morning class, I put pictures on the whiteboard and cards under the pictures. Although it emphasizes the relationship between images and word cards, it is different from the way children show exercises: exercises show the corresponding relationship between images and word cards through connections. This connection is the first time a child has touched it. But I didn't explain the relevant parts in detail during the demonstration, and the children didn't know what to do, which also caused the children's performance in the morning class to be unsatisfactory. In the teaching of the noon class, I adjusted the teaching method in time: display the pictures and word cards on the whiteboard according to the left-right corresponding method, and then let the children connect to let them have a clearer understanding of this way. This not only shortens the lecture time, but also makes the teaching effect more obvious.
