Mathematical odorology of odorology
The establishment and rapid development of topological mathematics, fuzzy mathematics, fractal mathematics and chaotic mathematics in the last century laid a mathematical foundation for the establishment of odorology. At present, some theories of fractal mathematics and chaos mathematics are satisfactory for explaining some odor problems.

Mathematical model of fragrance

D=(lnK)/(lnL)

This mathematical model of fragrance can explain many phenomena and "reasons" of odor in mathematical language. Using the "three values" (aroma specific intensity value, aroma retention value and aroma value) and "odor ABC" data of various aroma substances, the K value and L value can be calculated, and then the fractal dimension (D value) of a mixture can be obtained, so that the odor of this mixture can be evaluated.

This is only the first step of the long March, and it still needs considerable efforts to truly establish various mathematical models of odorology.
