Why does vision decline?
-investigation report on the causes of primary school students' vision decline
First of all, the questions raised
We are only in primary school now. However, I found that many students in our class wear glasses, and some students' eyesight is even lower than 4.5, which may bring a lot of inconvenience to their future life, study and work. Therefore, our group would like to take this opportunity to study what factors are mainly involved in the decline of primary school students' vision. We hope that through this activity, we can provide some help to those students who are not nearsighted.
Second, the survey method
1. Self-made questionnaires were randomly distributed to some primary school students to learn about their usual eye use and make statistical tables (see attached table).

Cause analysis of verb (abbreviation of verb)
1. Through the questionnaire survey, we found that the places that will affect vision loss mainly focus on the following points:
(1) Poor posture when doing homework.
(2) surf the Internet and watch more TV every day.
(3) When doing eye exercises, you are not serious enough. You should open your eyes from time to time.
More than 80% people often read books in bed.
Suggestions on the activity of intransitive verbs
(1) Try not to turn on the light to read or do homework after 5: 30 in the evening.
(2) When doing homework, we should strictly "punch one foot and one inch".
(3) Try not to turn off the lights when watching TV or using the computer at night, because this is a key point that leads to poor eyesight.
(4) Don't sit in front of TV or computer for a long time, let alone play games for a long time.
5] Go home every day to call your password and do eye exercises.
[6] Don't wear other students' glasses easily, which is not good for yourself, but will slowly reduce your eyesight.
This is a simple research report of our group. Limited to the level, there are inevitably omissions and errors in the data. Please criticize and correct me.
(1) An example of guiding students to read survey reports.
(2) Instruct students to discuss the writing methods of investigation and research.
2. Teacher's summary: The survey report can generally be divided into three parts: (1) the time and place of the survey, and the purpose of the survey-finding problems and putting forward suggestions for improvement. (2) Analysis of the found materials, mainly statistics and classification, such as how many classes were investigated.
