Which noi is 2023?
2023 is the 37th National Youth Informatics Olympic Competition (NOI).

The National Informatics Olympic Competition (NOI) is an informatics Olympic competition held in China for middle school students all over the country, and it is also one of the five major disciplines. It has been held for 37 times in China since 1984. The participants of NOI are high school students from all over the country, and the number of participants is around 20,000 each year.

The purpose of NOI is to select and train talented young computer scientists and promote the popularization and development of computer science in China. Through the competition, students can exercise their programming and algorithm design skills, improve their problem-solving ability, and cultivate team spirit and innovative spirit.

NOI is a very challenging competition, which requires contestants to have a solid mathematical foundation, excellent algorithm design and programming skills, as well as good teamwork spirit and innovative spirit. Therefore, the contestants need to have a high comprehensive quality and a solid academic foundation in order to achieve excellent results in the competition.

Precautions for participating in NOI:

After the registration of 1., it shall not be revoked unless there are irresistible reasons. Therefore, please carefully consider your wishes and preparations before signing up and make full preparations.

2. During the competition, all personnel are allowed to bring their badges in and out of the competition area, and those without badges are not allowed to enter the activity area. Personal badges are not allowed to be lent to others. Once it is found that it has been lent or fraudulently used, the badge will be confiscated and the participants of the badge will be disqualified. CCF will treat the relevant personnel as untrustworthy and prohibit them from participating in activities and competitions related to NOI within one year. Therefore, participants need to strictly abide by this rule to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Please prepare all kinds of documents, including ID card and student ID card, the night before the competition, and check the route to the examination room in advance. On the morning of the competition, you need to prepare the details of the first page of the test questions, such as time and memory limit, so as not to delay the progress of the competition.

4. In static error checking, we should carefully check the correctness of the answers to programming questions. When writing code, you must first know what function you want to achieve, and then start writing code. If a problem has large-scale data, it is necessary to check the validity to avoid algorithm errors.
