1. Right-click the blank space on the desktop, click New, select Microsoft Excel worksheet, and create a blank form, named as the final exam report.
2. Double-click to open the table, and establish the contents of the header in the second line: student number, name, advanced algebra, elementary geometry, mathematical analysis, differential equation, total score and average score.
3. Select the area from A 1 to H 1, set the merged center, and input: final exam results.
4. Enter 1 in cell A3, select the cell with the mouse and move to the lower right corner. After the pattern becomes a solid cross, drag it down and fill in the student number.
5. Enter the data of the name column, then select the area containing the content and set the format to center.
6. Enter the formula =SUM(C3:F3) in G3 cell to calculate the total score of the left account.
7. Select G3 cell and move the mouse to the lower right corner. When the mouse pattern becomes a solid cross, drag it down to G8 and fill in the formula.
8. Enter the formula in H3 cell: =G3/4 to calculate the average score of the subjects on the left.
9. Select H3 cells and move the mouse to the lower right corner. When the mouse pattern becomes a solid cross, drag it down to H8 to fill the formula.
10, after entering the scores of all subjects, a final exam report will come out.
