Four. qualification test
1. Preliminary qualification examination: the college conducts preliminary qualification examination of the applicant (e-mail materials). Applicants who do not meet the registration requirements or fail to provide relevant materials according to the registration requirements will be considered unqualified and disqualified. 2. Qualification review: The college will conduct on-site qualification confirmation for those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination. The materials required for on-site confirmation are as follows: ① Original ID card 1 copy; 2. The scores of lectures and questions account for 70% and 30% of the test scores of counselors' quality and ability respectively. According to the counselor's quality and ability test scores from high to low, the shortlisted structured interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 (the last finalist with the same score will enter together). If the ratio of 1:3 is not reached, the counselor's quality and ability test score is not less than 75 points (including 75 points), and he will directly enter the structured interview.
3. Structured interview mainly evaluates the adaptability, comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability and logical thinking ability of candidates.
4. Those with a total assessment score of less than 75 points (excluding 75 points) will not be hired.

Six, physical examination, inspection, publicity
1. According to the ranking of the total assessment results, the medical examiners are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1 (when the total scores are the same, the medical examiners are determined according to the structured interview results).
2. The physical examination is organized by the school.
