Interview:
According to the different interview subjects, it can be divided into Chinese, mathematics, music, sports and art. The interview forms are mainly lectures, trial lectures and structured interviews.
The main forms are structured interview and scenario simulation. A structured interview consists of five minutes for two questions, ten minutes for trial presentation and five minutes for reply. Candidates need to draw questions first, then enter the lesson preparation room with test papers and lesson preparation paper and write a 20-minute lesson plan. Then, the exam is structured as interview, trial lecture and defense. Finally, the examiner comprehensively scores the interview performance of the candidates according to the scoring standard.
In the whole interview process, the trial lecture accounts for a large proportion, so it should also be the center of gravity when preparing for the exam, and it must not be taken lightly. In the process of preparing for the trial lecture, we should first be familiar with the teaching materials and analyze the types of trial lectures in previous years. The time limit for the trial lecture is 10 minute, so the usual practice time is controlled at 7.5-8.5 minutes.
