(2) Registration conditions for licensed pharmacists
1. All citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) and persons of other nationalities who are allowed to work in China can sign up for the licensed pharmacist qualification examination if they meet one of the following conditions.
1. Obtain technical secondary school education in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors (chemistry, medicine, biology), and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for seven years.
2. Obtain a college degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors (chemistry, medicine and biology) and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for five years.
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors (chemistry, medicine and biology) and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for three years.
4. Graduated from the second bachelor's degree postgraduate class in pharmacy, Chinese medicine or related majors (chemistry, medicine and biology) or obtained a master's degree, and worked in pharmacy or Chinese medicine for one year.
5. Obtain a doctorate in pharmacy, Chinese medicine or related majors.
Second, the exemption conditions
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, those who are employed as senior professional and technical posts and meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from taking the professional knowledge of pharmacy (or Chinese medicine) (1) and pharmacy (or Chinese medicine) (2).
1. Apprentice of traditional Chinese medicine, graduated from technical secondary school majoring in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and has been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 20 years.
2. Obtain a college degree or above in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and work continuously in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine 15 years.
Third, performance management.
The examination takes two years as a rolling cycle. Applicants for all subjects must pass the exam within two consecutive years; Exemptions from certain subjects must pass the exam within one year.
Fourth, organize registration and qualification examination.
Please hold graduation certificate, professional title certificate, ID card (original), professional working experience certificate and two recent one-inch color photos. The qualifications of applicants shall be reviewed by the personnel examination department and filed for future reference. The qualification conditions of the exemption personnel shall be reviewed by the title department of the Municipal Personnel Bureau.
5. How do Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents apply?
National licensed pharmacist qualification examination, according to the provisions of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Personnel, residents of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province who meet the examination requirements can register for the licensed pharmacist qualification examination in the place designated by the corresponding professional examination management institutions of Chinese mainland provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government on the principle of being nearby and voluntary. At the time of registration, I should submit my identity certificate, and submit the corresponding professional education or degree certificate recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council and the certificate of working years in the corresponding major issued by my work unit.
