Generally speaking, the theoretical reasoning ability of liberal arts students in advanced mathematics is not too high, mainly to understand some basic concepts and operations in calculus, paying special attention to the operation of common economic functions. In other words, as long as you can use the basic formulas in the textbook to do some simple operations. In class, teachers usually point out which formulas must be memorized and which places can only be generalized. Therefore, in learning, we must make good class notes and do the exercises in the textbook again. Ask teachers and classmates what we don't understand, make some specious problems clear, and don't let seemingly incomprehensible problems accumulate into an insurmountable gap in learning.
Because liberal arts students and science students have different requirements in learning advanced mathematics, it will not be too easy in terms of learning difficulty. As far as teaching requirements are concerned, both liberal arts and science can achieve good results under their own requirements as long as they work hard.
