Step 1: After registering and logging into the system, click the new query icon:
Step 2: Enter a name for the query and click Next.
Step 3: Click the "Upload" button to upload the result spreadsheet file. The first line of the spreadsheet must be the header, such as the name of the student number, not the title, such as the mid-term exam results query, otherwise there will be no selected input items in the next step. List names can't be duplicated. For example, Chinese ranking math ranking is not good, so it needs to be changed to Chinese ranking math ranking.
Step 4: Select the input item. The system will automatically list the items that need to be entered in the query. For example, you need to enter your student number and name. You can also remove the checkmark in front of unnecessary items. For example, you only need to enter your name to check the number of points, and then remove the check mark in front of the serial number. If there is no selected item here, it means that the first line of your spreadsheet is not a title. Please modify the spreadsheet file.
Click the "Submit and Generate Query" button, and your grade query page will be generated. Special note: Easy-to-find subsystem supports the generation of multiple queries. For example, you need to establish a grade inquiry of the first-level department, the second-level department and the third-level department. After the first-level grade query is completed, you can click the new query button again to establish the grade query of the second-level department, and so on. The established query is listed on your query home page.
