In the face of underachievers, it is really emotional to move people: first of all, we must be "sincere", that is, we dare not be hypocritical and deceive people in front of students, so that we can do what we say; Secondly, we should "accept", that is, we can feel all kinds of psychological expressions and opinions of underachievers, such as fear, hesitation, satisfaction, indifference, wrong ideas and accusations, trust underachievers and encourage them to discuss freely. Finally, the word "understanding" is achieved, that is, seeing things through students' eyes. However, due to the large number of classes and students' low awareness of learning, the counseling for underachievers is not ideal this semester. In view of these shortcomings in this semester, I will constantly sum up my experience in future teaching work, strive to improve my teaching level, and make more efforts to strengthen the counseling of individual poor students. I believe that all problems will be solved, and I also believe that efforts will always pay off!

In a word, I prepare every class carefully. In preparing lessons, I study textbooks and teaching books carefully. Learn the new syllabus well and learn the advanced experience of others with an open mind. Strive to thoroughly understand the teaching materials and find the key points and difficulties. Use a variety of teaching methods, constantly sum up experience, and strive to improve their teaching level. At the same time, we must make more efforts to strengthen the counseling of individual poor students. I believe that all problems will be solved, and I believe that efforts will always yield results!
