The reason why the inner barrel shakes after the automatic washing machine drains water is that there is a balance ring on the upper part of the dewatering barrel of the washing machine. In order to keep the dehydration balance of clothes in use, a certain amount of saturated salt water needs to be injected and closed during production, so it is the closed water in the balance ring that makes a sound.

The balance ring, or balance tuo, is the foundation of modern gyroscope. Also known as Catan Ring in Europe, it is named after Italian mathematician cardano or Jerome Cardan (150 1- 1576). However, Kadan neither invented nor claimed to have invented this device, and explained that the balance ring device was only described in his masterpiece De Subtilitate (A.D. 1550), which appeared in Europe as early as the 9th century.

The balance ring of the automatic washing machine is installed on the upper part of the washing and dewatering barrel, and a certain amount of salt water is injected into it. Its main function is to balance the clothes when they are eccentric in the dehydration process of the washing machine. If a large amount of salt water leaks from the balance ring, the balance effect will be poor, which will increase the vibration of the washing machine during dehydration. Salt water also has the function of not easily freezing, so that the balance ring can also play the role of Pingyang when the washing machine works at a slightly lower temperature.

Automatic washing machine is to preset n programs for the whole washing process (soaking-washing-rinsing-dehydration). When washing, select one of the programs, turn on the tap and start the switch of the washing machine, and the whole washing process will be completed automatically. After washing, the buzzer will sound. According to the invention, the water inlet, the water outlet and the on-off of the motor are controlled through the cooperation of the water level switch and the electromagnetic water inlet valve, so that automatic control is realized. The electromagnetic water inlet valve plays the role of connecting and disconnecting the water source. When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the moving iron core is tightly pressed on the rubber diaphragm under the action of gravity and spring force, the central hole of the diaphragm is blocked, the valve is closed, and water cannot flow. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the moving iron core moves upward under the action of magnetic force, leaving the diaphragm and opening the central hole of the diaphragm, so the water above the diaphragm flows into the washing tub through the central hole. Because the circulation capacity of the central hole is greater than that of the holes on both sides of the diaphragm, the pressure above the diaphragm drops rapidly, and the diaphragm will move up under the action of pressure difference, and the door will be closed to release water.
