Why can't the divisor of civil servants' examination questions be negative? What a wonderful civil service exam.
The divisor should be a negative number, just follow the division law when dividing.

Example:

10÷4= 2+2

10÷(-4) = -2 more than 2

(-10)÷4 = -2 more than 2

(- 10)÷(-4) = 2+2

It can be seen that the remainder is always the same sign as the dividend.
