(1) substitute A (2 2,3) into Y = MX and m=6.

The analytical formula of the inverse proportional function is: y = 6x.

Substitute B(-6, n) into y = 6x to get n=- 1.

∴B(-6,- 1),

Substituting a (2 2,3) and B(-6,-1) into y=kx+b, we get 2k+b = 3? 6k+b=? The solution of 1 gives k = 12b = 2.

∴ The linear function is y = 12x+2, and the inverse proportional resolution function is y = 6x.

(2) ∴ p (0,5) or p (0,1);

Let the intersection of straight line AB and Y axis be m,

∫A(2,3)、B(-6,- 1),

The ∴ intersection point m (0 0,2) of straight line AB and Y axis,

∫S△ABP = S△PBM+S△PMA = 12pm×5+ 12pm×2 = 12

∴PM=3,

P (0,5) or (0,1);
