Intelligent ABC is a common pinyin Chinese character input method improved on the basis of full spelling input method.

Intelligent ABC is not a simple pinyin input method, but an input method combining sound and shape. Therefore, on the basis of pinyin input, if you add the first shape code of the word, you can quickly retrieve the word. Please refer to the table below for the pen shapes replaced by pen shape codes:

For example, if you enter the words "Wu" and "wu8", you can reduce the number of page turns during retrieval and greatly narrow the retrieval scope.

Many friends use the intelligent ABC input method when inputting Chinese, but in order to be faster and more convenient, you must know the secrets of the letters "V" and "I".

The magical use of "V"

When using intelligent ABC to input Chinese sentences containing English, it is very troublesome to use Ctrl+Space to switch between Chinese and English input states.

. In fact, in the process of inputting pinyin, Intelligent ABC does not need to switch to English if it needs to input English. Type "v" and then enter the English you want to enter. Press the space bar, English letters will appear, but "V" will not. For example, enter "English" and press the space to get "English".

"V" can also be used as a graphic symbol. In the Chinese input state of intelligent ABC input method, as long as "v 1-v9" is input, various symbols in GB-23 12 character set 1-9 can be input. For example, to enter "δ", you can enter "v6" and then select "4" to get "δ"; Want to enter "&; & It's very convenient to enter "v3" and then select "6".

"I" is also magical.

Intelligent ABC also provides the ability to convert Arabic numerals and Chinese uppercase and lowercase numerals, which can simplify the input of some commonly used quantifiers. "I" is the leading character for inputting lowercase chinese numerals and "I" is the leading character for inputting uppercase chinese numerals. For example, input "I7" to get "seven", and input "i7" to get "seven". Entering "i2000" will get "2000", which makes many people very confused. Input "i+" and you will get "Add". Similarly, "i-", "i*" and "i/" correspond to "Subtraction", "Multiplication" and "Division".

For some commonly used quantifiers, the input can also be simplified. Enter "ig" and press the space bar to display "ge"; "ij" is Jin (see table 1 for the meaning of letters in digital input). "I" or "I" is converted into "one" or "one" by directly pressing the space bar or enter key; Press the Chinese punctuation key directly after "I" or "I" (except "Li?" , which is converted into "a+punctuation mark" or "a+punctuation mark".

"u" can enter a user-defined word, if you define a word when defining a new word, such as:

1. Switch between Chinese and English input:

You can usually enter Chinese directly. When you want to enter uppercase English, just press the CAPS_LOCK key, press it again when you are finished, and you will come back. If you want to enter lowercase English, you can press V first, then enter the English you want to enter, and then press Enter. For example, if you want to enter faint, just press the space vfait.

2. Full width switch:

Just press shift+ space bar (shift plus space). For example ~ and ~, the whole picture is different.

3. Chinese and English punctuation switch:

Just press ctrl+. (Control key and period). For example. And ... Renminbi and dollars and ... and.

4. Just enter Chinese characters and numbers:

Press I first, then enter the numbers and spaces to be entered, and that's it. For example, one two three four five six, just enter the space i 123456 directly.

5. Just enter the special symbol:

You can find many special symbols by pressing V first and then 1 or 2 or 3. For example, enter v 1, scroll down seven times, and then press 2 to get the symbol ♂. V2 is all numbering and typesetting symbols, such as ⒈, ⑴, ⑴, ⑴, ⑴ and ⑴. V3 is full of variants of common characters, such as @ * {%e and so on.

6. Just enter foreign language letters:

Press V first, then 4 to find all Japanese hiragana, and press v5 to find Japanese katakana. For example, continuous input v4 1 can get ぁ. Of course, this is only used occasionally. If you want to enter the length of Japanese, you'd better pretend to be an invivo or something.

7. Enter Chinese Pinyin:

There are many Chinese input methods. Comparing several usages, we find that each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The key is to find a suitable input method.

For those who haven't learned the input method, I think it's better to use intelligent ABC. How to give full play to the advantages of pinyin input has been mentioned by the author, but it is not the most detailed. I used it, combined with the guidance of other friends and the help function of intelligent ABC, and summed up some experiences and shared them with you.

First, U- mandatory memory entry input

Mandatory memory is generally used to define those longer or more commonly used phrases. With this function, new words can be added directly to the user library. The method is as follows:

1. Open Smart ABC (version 4.0) and the input method status of Smart ABC will appear (if the input method status box does not appear, you can use the following methods: left-click the pen icon of Smart ABC input method and a menu will appear, and select "Show Input Method").

2. Move the mouse to the input method status box, right-click the menu, and select "Define new words".

3. For example, in the "Define New Words" dialog box, enter "Software World Magazine" in the "New Words", enter rj in the external code, press the "Add" button, if successful, the new words will appear in the "New Words List", and finally press the "Close" button (note: the external code is best to be simple and easy to remember. For example, rj in this article is the pinyin abbreviation of Soft Mirror in Software World magazine.

4. In the future use process, as long as you enter urj, the words "Software World Magazine" will appear.

note:

1.u is a switch for controlling forced memory, which is not actually displayed.

2. When defining a new word, you must enter the entry content and external code. The content of the new words can be Chinese characters, phrases or phrases, or it can be composed of Chinese characters and other characters; The input at the outer code can be hanyu pinyin, original loanwords or any marks that users like.

3. The maximum length of non-standard words allowed to be defined is 15 words, and the maximum length of input code is nine characters; The maximum inlet capacity is 400.

4. You can add more than one item at a time. Especially some place names, or the names of your classmates and colleagues, or your home address or even your phone number, using the method of compulsory memory will greatly speed up the input of these words.

However, the author found that if Chinese and numbers are mixed in the entry, the order may change, and I don't know if it is a "BUG". For example, in the "Define New Words" dialog box, enter "Beijing 3844 Mailbox" and xx in "New Words" (xx is the pinyin abbreviation of "Mailbox" in the foreign code. Press the "Add" button. If successful, the new word will appear in the "New Word List", and finally press the "Close" button. But when you want to use it, enter uxx, but "Beijing mailbox 3844" appears.

6. To delete a defined word, please move the cursor to the new word list, select the item to delete, and then press the Delete button. Press "Close" again.

Second, V- Chinese input in the process of English input

1. When you enter a Chinese article, what you are most afraid of is English words. If it is a joke, forget it. One word is the most troublesome. Actually, you don't have to turn to English at all. Enter "V" as a sign, followed by the English to be entered. Press the space bar and the English letters will appear, but the "V" itself will not appear.

2. For example, if you want to enter "sun" in English during the input process, just enter "vsun" and press the space bar.

In this method, it is invalid to input capital letters directly. If you enter "vsun" (at this time, S is controlled by [Shift]+[s]), sun will still be displayed, which is probably another "BUG". It is suggested that you don't care about the case of English letters at first, and then use the case change option that comes with Word in the format menu. This method is suitable for singles with more English. You can also use the [Caps Lock] key to control the input of "s" and then use "vun" to display Sun. This method is suitable for use when there are few English letters.

III. I, I- Simplified Input Method of Chinese Characters and Numbers

1. Intelligent ABC provides the ability to convert Arabic numerals and Chinese uppercase and lowercase numerals;

"I" is the leading character of input lowercase chinese numerals.

"I" is the leading character of the input capital chinese numerals (note that I is controlled by [Shift]+[i] keys at this time).

2. Methods:

Enter "i 1" and press space (or enter) to display "one"; Enter "i2000" by analogy, press the space to display "20000"; I found that many people don't know how to enter 2000, and often enter 2000. It will be useful to remember this method.

Enter "I 1" and press space (or enter) to display "one"; And so on "I2000", press the space, and "20000" will be displayed.

3. For some commonly used quantifiers, the input can also be simplified. Enter "ig" and press the space bar (or enter) to display "ge"; The system stipulates that the meaning of letters in digital input is:

Although the number of the above words is small, they are frequently used and should be remembered. Pay attention to the word "year" If you enter "In", you can get "Year". If you enter "n", the effect is the same. The same is true of "days" and "individuals". You can try it yourself.

Five, hazy memory [Ctrl]+[-] key

For the newly used entries, we can use the simplest method to recall them based on incomplete information, which is called hazy memory. The function of hazy memory is completed by [Ctrl]+[-] keys.

Usage:

1. If you just entered "teacher", "teaching", "teaching" and "education" and want to enter "teacher" now, just enter "js" and press [CTRL]+[-], and the "teacher" you just entered will appear again. Fuzzy recall is very effective when the input content is single and repeated frequently.

2. If you want to repeat the words you just entered, just press [Ctrl]+[-] twice in succession. The first time it plays the role of "hazy memory", and the second time it plays the role of restoring the scene. For example, if you just entered the "Software World" with smart ABC, just press [CTRL]+[-] twice in a row, and then press the space bar to display "Software World".

Both words in the standard library and user-defined words can be used to define words.

Method:

Take the first word with "["and the last word with "]".
