What should I take in the American SAT?
The SAT is divided into three parts, reading and grammar, mathematics and composition. The composition part is optional.

Details of each section:

1, reading and grammar?

The examination time for reading part is 65 minutes, the examination time for grammar part is 35 minutes, the number of questions for reading part is 52, and the number of questions for grammar part is 44. The total score is 800.

The reading part consists of four articles, 1 group, each group has 500-750 words. The types of articles are mostly literary works, natural popular science articles, historical society and so on. Articles on daily life rarely appear.

There are 4 articles in the grammar test, and the types of articles are narrative, argumentative and explanatory.

2. Mathematics?

The test time for the math part is 80 minutes, the number of questions is 58, and the test score is 800 points.

There are 20 questions that you can't use a computer. The questions are in the form of multiple-choice questions and fill-in-the-blank questions.

The contents of the investigation include geometry, trigonometry, function, algebra, data analysis and other related knowledge.

3. Components

The examination time for the composition part is 50 minutes, the number of topics is 1, and the score is 2-4 points.

Candidates will be given an article, and candidates need to read the article and make a summary and analysis, based on which to write.
