There are 20,000 students in Kechuang New Town Campus of Yulin University, with an education and teaching building area of 780,000 square meters and an estimated investment of 4.68 billion yuan. According to the principle of one-time planning, phased implementation and rolling development, it is divided into pilot projects and main projects.

The pilot projects are mainly distributed in Energy Engineering College of Yulin University, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and Yulin Branch of Energy College of National Science and Technology University. The student scale is 5,000, the construction area is 1.6 million square meters, the investment budget is 956 million yuan, and the construction period is two years. Construction started in 2022 and was put into use at the end of 2023.

The number of students in the main project is 6.5438+0.5 million, with a construction area of 620,000 square meters and an estimated investment of 3.72 billion yuan. Mainly distributed in yulin university University of Information Engineering, School of Architecture and Engineering, School of Mathematics and Statistics, School of Life Science and Medicine, College of Arts, School of Politics and Law, School of Management, School of Physical Education, School of Art, Graduate School (international students) and so on.

The spatial structure of yulin university new campus is "one campus, two axes, three hearts and five regiments";

"One Park" refers to the ecological park in the middle of the planning area.

"Two axes" refers to the north-south etiquette axis and the energy avenue science and technology axis.

"Three Hearts" refers to the planning and formation of campus public core, ecological core and dual-creation core on the etiquette core axis.

"Five groups" refers to five functional groups distributed in the ecological park, namely, mass core group, energy and chemical group, intelligent science group, life science and medicine group, and humanities and social science group.
