The contents of pre-job training for pharmacies are as follows:

1. Pre-job training: The training covers national policies and regulations, drug management, acceptance and maintenance. The training time is 4 hours. Through pre-job training, employees can get a preliminary understanding of drug knowledge, grasp the concept and significance of drug classification management, and understand the national policies, regulations and rules on drug management. After the training, they can test the training effect through exams and establish employee training files.

2. Training on policies and regulations is planned during the preparation and decoration. The main training contents are the Law of China People and Domestic Retail Drug Administration, Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Drug Administration Law, Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drug Circulation and other relevant laws and regulations. The training arrangement is 2 hours per day for each topic, and the learning and training method is a combination of self-study and discussion.

Iii. Training on quality management system, job responsibilities and operating procedures. It is planned to combine theory with practice during the trial operation of the Pharmaceutical Trading License. The training time (job responsibilities and operating procedures) 1 class hour is arranged for each system, and * * * needs 38 class hours.

Through training, master the key points, main points and work-related requirements of pharmacy, engage in pharmaceutical business correctly according to the system and make work records carefully and accurately. The training method is to explain and analyze the system with records, discuss the key points and difficulties in the implementation of the system, and correctly understand the significance and role of operating according to the system in pharmaceutical business, maintenance, acceptance and recording.
