1. Not required; The qualification certificate of public dietitian refers to the national vocational qualification certificate of public dietitian, which is uniformly printed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, recognized by the state and commonly used throughout the country.

2. The training objects of the public dietitian qualification examination are mainly: kindergarten health care doctors, school doctors, medical personnel in medical institutions and community health stations, coaches in collective canteens and fitness centers, nutrition practitioners in food and health care products enterprises, food inspection supervisors, and personnel who are prepared to engage in this profession in enterprises and institutions.

First, the occupation profile

1, the public dietitian is one of the fourth batch of new occupations promulgated by the Ministry of Labor. Vocational skilled personnel who meet the needs of the society and the market refer to those who have received professional knowledge and skills training, passed the national vocational qualification examination certification, obtained vocational qualification certificates (Article 6 of Document No.98 of the Ministry of Labor [1994] stipulates that "the Ministry of Labor is responsible for issuing and managing skilled vocational qualification certificates"), engaged in nutrition consultation, nutrition assessment, nutrition guidance, nutrition publicity, nutrition management and engaged in nutrition teaching and scientific research.

2. At present, there is a shortage of nutrition professionals in China, and the employment prospects of public nutritionists are very broad. Public dietitians can provide nutritional advice and guidance for healthy and sub-healthy people. Public nutritionists can not only play an important role in the community, but also provide education, consultation and guidance services for employees, white-collar workers, senior managers, athletes and families.

Second, the application process

The training institution explains to the students the materials to be submitted for the exam → The students fill in the registration form and submit relevant materials → The training institution conducts the preliminary examination → The training institution declares to the Municipal Labor Bureau → The appraisal center verifies the exam qualification → Those who meet the exam qualification issue the admission ticket to the training institution → The students receive the admission ticket → Take the exam.

3. Take the theoretical examination and skill examination at the appointed time and place.

4. Those who have scored 60 points or above in the theoretical examination and skill examination shall be issued with job training certificates by the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

5. Those who fail to score 60 points in one subject are deemed to have failed, and then apply for a make-up exam next time.

Third, the professional level.

1. The public nutritionist qualification examination is organized by the Ministry of Labor, and those who have scored 60 or above in both the theoretical examination and the skill examination will be awarded the post training certificate by the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. (Note: In 2008, there was no national unified appraisal, only Liaoning and other provinces carried out provincial unified appraisal, and Hunan and other provinces carried out provincial unified pilot appraisal of public dietitians (Grade III and II). )

2. Professional qualifications are divided into four levels, including public dietitians (national professional qualification level 4), public dietitians (national professional qualification level 3), public dietitians (national professional qualification level 2) and public dietitians (national professional qualification level 1).
