(1) office

Coordinating the working relationship between the office of the organ and its subordinate institutions; Responsible for handling NPC proposal and CPPCC proposal; Responsible for the daily work of messages, meetings, confidential, archives, open government affairs, confidentiality and safety in production; Responsible for the management of administrative affairs such as finance, assets and agency logistics; To be responsible for the political examination of those who go abroad on business; To be responsible for the management of the personnel going abroad by the bureau.

(2) Employment Promotion Unit (Office of Joint Meeting of Migrant Workers)

Draw up employment plans and annual plans, organize the implementation of policies on equal employment of workers, transfer employment of rural labor force and orderly flow across regions, and improve the public employment service system; Guide and plan the information management of public employment services; Participate in the formulation of management measures for the use of special employment funds; Implement employment assistance and employment policies for special groups. Organize the implementation of the annual human resources introduction and allocation plan, and guide the employer to introduce and allocate human resources; Supervise and manage the human resources market and intermediary institutions; Responsible for the management of human resources accounts, and undertake the procedures of recruiting and transferring workers in different places for enterprises directly under the district.

Responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and plans for the work of migrant workers, and cooperate to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers; Promote the implementation of relevant policies for migrant workers and coordinate and solve key and difficult problems; Cooperate with the handling of major incidents involving migrant workers; Guide and coordinate the informatization construction of migrant workers' work; Undertake the daily work of the joint meeting of migrant workers in this area.

(3) Civil servant management unit (District Office of the Leading Group for Resettlement of Demobilized Military Cadres)

Make overall plans for the basic old-age insurance and supplementary old-age insurance policies of government agencies and institutions and organize their implementation; Formulating policies, plans and standards for urban residents' endowment insurance according to law and organizing their implementation; To formulate the basic old-age insurance rate and fund collection policy; To formulate policies on enterprise employees' retirement, social pooling of basic old-age insurance expenses and individual account fund management and organize their implementation; Responsible for approving the retirement of enterprise employees; Responsible for the examination and approval of early retirement policy; Responsible for the examination and approval of early retirement of special types of work and the filing of enterprise annuity implementation plan.
