By carrying out night classes for migrant workers, standardizing the education of migrant workers, constantly improving management, enriching contents, and innovatively offering elective courses and compulsory courses, all localities have achieved full coverage of education and training, realizing the experience of "short, frequent and fast education", that is, "short education time, high class frequency and quick application of educational achievements in construction practice", stabilizing the ranks of migrant workers, improving the level of safe production and creating the performance of the project department. Exploring new ways of education, management and service for migrant workers not only improves the overall quality of migrant workers, but also finds an effective carrier for doing a good job in ideological and political work for migrant workers.

The training of migrant workers, led by the Ministry of Construction, the Municipal Construction Committee and other units, organized by various construction units and concentrated by the project department in the form of evening classes, appeared in various construction sites in our city, and migrant workers armed with knowledge and skills fought in the front line of labor production.
