1. The psychological counselor examination belongs to the national examination and is a national vocational qualification examination. The examination is organized twice a year by the state, and is held in May and 1 1 respectively. The specific time is usually in May, the third Saturday of 1 1.

2. At present, the psychological counselor examination is divided into three levels, namely, psychological counselor level 1, psychological counselor level 2 and psychological counselor level 3. The first level is the highest and the third level is the lowest. However, because the country has not yet organized a unified examination at the first level, the highest level is the second level.

3. Application conditions:

1) The three-level admission requirements are as follows:

(1) Bachelor degree or above in psychology, education and medicine.

(two) with a college degree in psychology, education, medicine, and after the three-level formal training of psychological counselors, they have reached the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.

(3) Having a bachelor's degree or above in other majors, having received three-level formal training from psychological counselors, and having obtained a certificate of completion.

2) Secondary application conditions:

(1) has a master's degree in psychology, education and medicine, and has reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of psychological counselors, and obtained a certificate of completion.

(2) Obtain the third-class professional qualification certificate of psychological counselor and have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years.

(3) Having intermediate titles in psychology, education and medicine, having passed the second-level formal training of psychological counselors, reaching the required standard hours, and having obtained a certificate of completion.

4. The examination for psychological counselors is organized by the state and generally takes the form of online registration. Generally, you can start to apply for the exam about two months before the exam. Candidates need to log in to the National Vocational Qualification Examination Network within the specified time to register (candidates who take the National Vocational Qualification Examination for the first time need to register first when logging in), fill in the relevant registration information, and after the registration information is approved online, the examination can log in to the registration website to complete the payment.

5. Precautions:

1) Candidates need to complete the payment within the specified time. Overdue payment, as a waiver of the application.

2) The exam is in the form of written answers. Candidates are required to bring the original ID card and admission ticket before entering.
