1. Junior or non-professional personnel who graduated from 20 12 or before may apply for standardized training of general practitioners, and their age shall not exceed 40 years old.

2. Those who apply for the second basic condition (that is, those who are qualified as medical practitioners) must be junior or non-professional under the age of 30, and the age of general practice can be relaxed to 40.

3. Postgraduates who are studying for a professional degree or a scientific degree are not included in this enrollment.

4. The professional categories (clinical, oral, traditional Chinese medicine) applied for should be consistent with the professional categories.

5. The personnel of the unit must obtain the consent of the appointed unit before entering the exam, and the relevant information such as training specialty and training base hospital must be consistent with the letter of introduction stamped by the unit. Professional (base) volunteers are limited to 1, and base (hospital) volunteers are limited to 3.

6. Social people fill in their volunteers according to their own reality, and the professional (base) volunteers are limited to 3 people, and the base (hospital) volunteers are limited to 3 people.

7. The training objects designated by primary medical and health institutions are limited to general practice in principle, and the training objects designated by central township hospitals can also apply for internal medicine.
