In the following circumstances, it is not necessary to go through the examination and approval procedures for environmental impact assessment documents, and build, rebuild or expand the following dining places:

(a) no kitchen, no central air conditioning, hot drinks, herbal tea, stewed meat, food reheating places;

(2) There is no frying oven, and there are no cooking places such as desserts, stews, western cakes and Chinese buns. Producing oil fume and waste gas, such as frying, frying, roasting and roasting.

New construction, renovation and expansion of six benchmark stoves or above (including six benchmark stoves), involving restaurants in environmentally sensitive areas, shall entrust an environmental impact assessment agency with corresponding qualifications to fill out an environmental impact report form and report it to the environmental protection department of the district or county-level city where the restaurant is located for approval.

The new construction, renovation and expansion of catering establishments other than those specified in the preceding two paragraphs shall, in accordance with the provisions, make an online declaration through the environmental impact registration form to the environmental protection department of the district or county-level city where the catering establishment is located for environmental impact assessment and filing.

The pollution prevention facilities that need to be built in the environmental impact assessment documents and environmental impact assessment approval documents of newly built, rebuilt and expanded restaurants must be designed, constructed and put into use at the same time as the main project.

After the pollution prevention facilities required for supporting construction are qualified, the catering establishments can be officially opened.
