In the first half of the year, although our center has achieved good results, there are still some difficulties and shortcomings. First, grid workers have a heavy workload and heavy tasks, and they have to accept all kinds of special action tasks from superior business departments and street-related functional departments at the same time, which has a large amount of tasks and a serious workload overload; Second, the identity of grid workers is vague. They should be information collectors, security inspectors, policy propagandists, public opinion collectors, community waiters and mediators of contradictions and disputes. It is difficult for power grid workers to do everything. Third, it is difficult to allocate hidden dangers, and the overtime reception of relevant functional departments is serious; Fourth, hidden dangers only rely on the power grid staff to urge and persuade the owners to rectify, without effective and powerful rectification means, often rectification is not in place and the moisture regain rate is high; Fifth, residents' awareness of fire safety is weak. There are many villages in the city and houses in the countryside in our street, and people are highly mobile. Owners (tenants) have weak safety awareness, and there are cases where owners (tenants) do not cooperate with registration and refuse to accept inspection.

Three. Work plan for the second half of the year

(1) Continue to strengthen the construction and management of grid workers.
