The moisture content of grass roots is less than 3%; Indoor temperature and ground temperature should be 15 degrees. The environment below 5 degrees and above 30 degrees is not suitable for construction. The relative humidity of indoor air should be kept between 20% and 75%.
Second, the ground foundation grinding
Remove contaminated, raised and loose plots and knock out empty surfaces. If there are prominent bumps on the ground foundation, focus on polishing and reprocess the ground that is shelled and sanded. Cracks should be repaired with R762 or R7 10 quartz sand; After grinding, the ground should be controlled within the range of 2m ruler to 2.5m ruler, and there is no such defect.
Third, clean up the ground
Clean the ground that has been polished, first sweep it with a broom, and then vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner. At the same time, check whether there are unqualified polished places and repair them.
Four, the bottom oil
The cement floor can be watered with base oil according to the first ratio of 1: 1. Marble and water-milled floors don't need watering. Determine the self-leveling water consumption according to the standard. When adding water, first pour the water measured in the measuring barrel into the mixing barrel, and then slowly pour the self-leveling cement.
Pour the self-leveling layer into the ground, scrape it evenly with a self-leveling scraper, and roll it back and forth with a deflation device to expel the air in the self-leveling layer. Wait for 24 hours. After 48 hours, the ground is polished, vacuumed, and then the floor is laid.
Six, scraping the glue
First, check whether the self-leveling is qualified, and whether the error within 2m feet is less than 2mm. If a large area is unqualified, it should be polished or self-leveled. If there is a small area of damage, it can be repaired with putty. Clean the floor, suck up the dust and start scraping the glue. It must be scraped evenly, and there can be no leakage.
Seven, paving the way
Pay attention to the joints when paving, don't connect the joints too tightly to avoid warping, and don't make the gaps too big. The standard printing machine can be placed in the gap of the copy paper. After paving, evenly drive and compact the air with iron wheels. Floor joints and wall edges are flattened with a small roller. Be careful not to have curling, foaming, bulging and too large a gap.
