Jin Bai, also known as Jin Chi, is a figure in China folklore, and has appeared in many literary works such as The Journey to the West and The Condor Heroes. Legend has it that Jin Bai is the eldest son of King Li Jing of Tota, the general of Chentangguan, and has two younger brothers, namely Bai Mu and Nezha. In the Romance of the Gods, he was a disciple of Manjusri Guangfa Tianzun, who once went down the mountain to help the prince of Wu chop down people. In the journey to the west, Jinyun regarded Tathagata as the former protector. The prototype of Jin Xuan is the Buddha of Ming Wang, a Buddhist military commander. Jun Li Wang Ming Bodhisattva is the third of the five kings in the Ming Dynasty, which means "coiled things". All parts of the body of Bodhisattva Ming King are decorated with snakes.
